About

Daniel Greeley is focused on helping people solve problems.

Summary

I am adaptable and quick to apply learned concepts, providing the ability to lead teams in the effort to convert strife into success, including preventing a mass-recall with a business critical client by learning microcontroller APIs to create a comprehensive and rapidly deployable solution. I provided rapid incident response to a company with no means to secure their attack surface which experienced a compromise to ransomware, immediately restoring functionality and securing business interests, afterwards providing vulnerability assessments to other business units.

Currently serving an industrial automation group providing support for multiple product lines with a specialization toward ICS/OT networking, Cloud/VPN management, hardware virtualization and PLC programming. Always looking for creative ways to solve issues, focusing on attention to detail and high quality work with a passion for automation and optimization. During my tenure at UNG I immersed myself in cybersecurity competitions, and lately for fun I’m experimenting in a home lab environment with Proxmox virtualization, Ansible playbooks for orchestration of redeployment and disaster recovery, Docker based game servers, home automation, VPN management, and much more.
